- Converting Leads to Relationships: You will be the driving force in efficiently converting leads generated by the marketing teams at ABG Lab into valuable and sustainable business relationships. Your skill in communication and negotiation will be pivotal in establishing successful collaborations with a primary responsibility of leading and coordinating business development and ensuring profitable strategies that drive revenue growth across all areas of Europe.
- Engaging Events and Launches: Being at the forefront of our growth, you'll attend international congress events and exciting ABG product launches, showcasing our latest innovations to critical players in the industry.

- Collaborative Excellence: As a member of the global business team, you will share experiences and knowledge and contribute to the development of your fellow team members.
- Understand the underlying technology to vet and understand complexity versus speed-to-market considerations.
- Be data-driven and track metrics and KPIs to provide feedback/analysis to business stakeholders on how the range is utilized.
